(Short for Buisness to Employee) A B2E solution describes an E- business strategy aimed at employees. This normally involves intranets to which only employees within the company have access. The B2E-websites are not publicly advertised. Training measures and, if necessary, incentives as well as 'pressure from above' provide the necessary promotion.
