Employer Branding, new HR Marketing strategies and the latest Recruiting trends

On 05th and 06th October 2009, the HR marketing and software specialists at milch & zucker would like to invite you to a very special event to celebrate ten years of existence. Entitled "A Journey from Attraction to Selection”, this unique event will take you on a highly interesting trip around the world of human resources. Your "travel guides” will include international speakers and renowned experts from Australia, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United States. The event’s keynote speaker is Prof. Wolfgang Jäger of the Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences.

Carsten Franke, CEO of milch & zucker, explains the reasons for the conference as follows: "Ten years ago, we came together to combine the core aspects of Employer Branding, HR Marketing and Recruiting and to turn them into a single, harmonious blend. A decade later, we are applying our knowledge and expertise to meet the new challenges brought on by demographic changes across the globe and the paradigm shift in communication, engendered by Web 2.0, offering our clients a variety of viable solutions on an international level.”

The event will commence by elucidating the interactivity between corporate branding, marketing and employer branding. The HR marketing complex deals mostly with social networks - in Germany and around the world - and the possibilities of addressing job candidates via these networks. In discussing the topic of recruiting, participants will learn the latest on the subjects of suitability diagnostics, international recruiting and diversity recruiting. Practical examples will be provided by companies such as BASF, Bertelsmann, Lufthansa, Otto and Roche.

On Day 2, Brett Minchington, international employer branding expert and Chairman/CEO of renowned Employer Brand International, will be presenting his "Employer Brand Global MasterclassTM”, marking its premiere on German soil. This exclusive seminar will feature poignant information on international trends and their effects in Germany, international case studies and practical examples as well as methods on how to optimise your company’s employer brand.

Running parallel to this seminar, Day 2 will also feature a special user seminar exclusive to software customers of milch & zucker.

The event will be held at Hotel Dolce, situated opposite Bad Nauheim’s spa gardens. Further information and registration details are available by Internet (www.milchundzucker.de/journey).

27.08.2009, Tania Teetz
