TouchStar Call Centre Software Expand Customer Support Operation

TouchStar CCS, a supplier of call centre software has today announced the expansion of their customer support operation. The Manchester based company has rapidly expanded over the past three years and are moving to new premises at The Works Business Centre in the Ardwick area of the city. The main objective of the move is to further enhance the support and training services provided for their call centre clients. The move coincides with several new appointments across the support and development areas of the business.

As specialists in predictive dialling technology, TouchStar Call Centre Software has proved a major success story and the new premises provide the scope for further growth.

TouchStar CCS Managing Director, David Fricker commented: "We have never been a company that rests on its laurels and know to increase our already high levels of customer satisfaction, we needed extra space and staff to facilitate this. Call centres are responding well to the current climate and the vast majority are growing - it is our intention the assist the growth by providing additional support services. We feel that the training and technical support that will be possible from our new centre will be of real help in ensuring that our customers continue to thrive."
