Frost & Sullivan Honors Vcall Webcasting with the Global Award for Customer Service Leadership

PrecisionIR Group, a worldwide provider of web-based communication solutions and online investor relations services, today announced their Vcall webcasting service received the 2007 Global Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Service Leadership during the 5th annual Frost & Sullivan Excellence in Information & Communication Technologies Awards Banquet held in Tempe, Arizona last week.

These Awards recognize companies and individuals that are predicted to encourage significant growth in their industries, have identified emerging trends prior to market acceptance and have adopted or developed advanced technologies that will catalyze information and communication industries in the near future.

Since 1997, Vcall has specialized in producing corporate web events for large global audiences. The Vcall platform, which offers interactivity and wide audience reach through webcast events, is designed for use in investor relations, marketing and sales, training, human resources, and member communications. It is used by hundreds of companies, associations, non-profits, and government agencies for effective communication.

In explaining the criteria by which Vcall was chosen for the award, Mariana Zamoszczyk, Frost & Sullivan Research Analyst said, "By understanding the importance of tailoring solutions around customer needs, Vcall has been able to increase its competitiveness in the web event services market and help organizations of all sizes to meet the main large-scale communications challenges of today's business world."
