Optria Selects SEDONA CRM Technology for Their Own Banking Products

SEDONA(R) Corporation, provider of Customer and Member Relationship Management (CRM/MRM) solutions for small and midsize financial services organizations, announced that the company has signed a worldwide, non-exclusive sales, marketing and distribution agreement with Optria, LLC. Optria offers software solutions and consultancy to help financial institutions augment their core processing system with other value-added applications. Optria's target customers include banking, credit unions, thrifts, savings and loans, savings banks, and finance companies.

SEDONA's CRM technology, Intarsia, will be used as the platform for Optria's campaign management solution called Analytique. Optria will offer Analytique to prospects and clients worldwide.

"Analytique will empower our correspondence suite of solutions with rich campaign information," said Terrance Vannoy, COO at Optria. "Our clients can now identify marketing opportunities and execute campaigns through a myriad of channels, including document, fax, email, workflow and even text messages. SEDONA's CRM technology more than satisfies our requirements for campaign management. SEDONA's technology will be both an integral and integrated component of our solution suite."
