AB&C Group's Fulfillment Capabilities Complement Kintera's Online Technology to Provide Enhanced eCommerce and CRM Functions for Nonprofit eStores and Premiums

Kintera(R) Inc., provider of "software as a service" to nonprofit organizations, and AB&C Group, a direct marketing fulfillment company, announced a strategic alliance to benefit the nonprofit community. Through the alliance, Kintera's software solutions, together with AB&C's advanced call center and premium fulfillment services, will provide nonprofits one convenient source to manage their eStores and premiums -- from customer relationship management (CRM) to payment processing to inventory tracking and fulfillment.

For nonprofit organizations, large and small, that want to completely outsource fulfillment efforts, AB&C group offers a "Relationship(TM)" Call Center, where professionals answer calls from donors in the name of the organization. Versed in nonprofit's programs, promotional materials, premiums and fulfillment efforts, the Call Center staff understands that calls offer an opportunity to strengthen an organization's long-term relationship with their donors.

For groups that prefer to handle their own support, the Kintera Sphere(TM) software platform offers access to fulfillment files and CRM functions. Kintera Sphere provides an affordable and easy-to-use service that includes contact relationship management (CRM), a web content management system (CMS), eMarketing and workflow applications. Kintera tools enhance the giving experience by providing feedback to donors about the impact of their gifts, thereby creating a sense of belonging and appreciation.

"AB&C Group is excited to partner with Kintera and provide the nonprofit community with more efficient solutions for their online stores and other eCommerce efforts," said Charles S. Cadigan, senior vice president at AB&C Group. "Our alliance will help nonprofits manage costs more effectively, upgrade services for their members and donors, and raise more money to further their cause."

Added Steve Klein, senior vice president of business development at Kintera, "Our alliance with AB&C Group benefits both Kintera and the nonprofit sector. We can now offer our customers the seamless transfer of data between our Kintera Sphere(TM) platform and AB&C's fulfillment software to provide a comprehensive, easy-to-manage eCommerce solution. Together, our services will provide nonprofit organizations with a one-stop solution to manage their online store or premium program, complete with a professional website, secure payment gateway and fulfillment-supporting call center."
