Anexinet Corporation, a regional solutions provider, announced that it will deliver a next- generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for Vanguard ID Systems, manufacturer of custom-made bar code transaction devices, such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) cards, key tags, and labels.

The new system will integrate sales and customer service processes to provide accessible, easily shared information across all Vanguard ID Systems product lines. Custom modules will be developed - in conjunction with Microsoft® CRM software - to improve business processes in estimating and quoting, inventory control, order entry, production management and scheduling, shipping, and invoicing.

"Businesses such as Vanguard ID Systems require a customer relationship management solution that will help improve customer acquisition and retention rates," explains Diego Calderin, president of Anexinet. "The solution must be implemented and maintained affordably and must maximize returns on technology investments."

Vanguard's products not only offer diverse applications in direct marketing and point-of-service - such as customer loyalty marketing, frequent buyer programs, gift cards, and memberships - but also support business operations that need authentication for security access, time and attendance, and identification.

"Our previous CRM system supported our business users adequately during its lifespan; however, it became difficult to maintain and enhance as our product lines grew," said Rick Warther, founder and CEO of Vanguard ID Systems. "Anexinet presented a practical technology solution that our whole company could understand and get excited about."

Anexinet has in-depth experience deploying differentiated Microsoft/.NET solutions to its customers - with the goals of saving time and money, leveraging existing and future IT assets, and providing access to information while eliminating unnecessary complexity.
