Azerity, provider of next generation CRM solutions, announced the immediate availability of Azerity Release 7. The new release includes significant usability enhancements, extends the company's leadership in quoting and pricing management, delivers extended integration applications, and increases scalability and performance. With its new configurability framework, Azerity further delivers unmatched flexibility for organizations enabling companies to rapidly adapt new sales processes to their fast evolving needs.

Additionally, the fully configurable pricing rules engine empowers companies to easily adapt their pricing policies and promotions based on any number of customer, end-customer, geography, product, organization and channel partners' criteria. With the Azerity pricing management technology, companies accelerate quoting response times and optimize profit margin needs resulting in increased quote closure rates and improved top line results.

Configurability Framework

Azerity 7 combines the benefits of an out-of-the-box industry-specific solution suite with an extensible framework that allows organizations to optimize the automation of sales processes and enhance all customer interactions. The new product framework offers a GUI-based toolset, which allows for rapid adaptation of screens, data fields, formats, search criteria, action buttons, user roles and capabilities, alerts and business rules.
