Author: Rob Wilder (220.234.125.---) Date: 05.11.05 Hello, our project is going through a phase of cost analysis and 'replanning'. We probably will look at setting up small call center(s) around universities so we can hire students in China. Our largest task right now is to try to estimate the cost of such an undertaking. Probably 30 call center agents is the size. It would be good to have a ball park estimate for outsourcing for comparision. -Rob.
