The products that z-micro is putiing out are great ideas but remember once you start a new software for your company it is very hard to change again. Let me tell you from experience, you need to know that you have customer support and you will not get it here. Try calling the company and not getting a recorder and then on top of that see how long it takes for them to call you back. I've used Z-Micro for over five years now. Now that I have sold my company and am purchasing another, I will never use or recommend this comany again.
