We are CRM and Call Center Consultancy. We are enlarging our portfolio of active CRM products.
That is why we are looking to partner with suppliers of high quality state of the art CRM software. We will sell and implement the chosen CRM solutions in our clients companies. We have the following requirements to the CRM systems:
- Very good organizational structure: contact (employee), company, activities, marketing campaigns, services organization and support
- No overflowing of functionalities is tolerated, the system shall be easily used by anyone in organisation
- Easy to use and effective tools for reporting and analisys (of sales, effectiveness of employees, etc.)
- CTI is a plus
- Easy administration of system
- Integration with MS Outlook is a plus
- Remote work with the system
- Support of relationships between contacts/companies is a plus
- Easy and concrete task and team management
- Central warehouse of all customer/partner interactions of the company
- Instant e-mail integration
- Support of mass e-mail campaings
- High security level
- Templates for frequently used documents to be supported
- Mail-merge functions
