Author: Tope Ajayi (---.directonpc.net) Date: 14.11.07 Hi, I've done some research on the implementation of a Sugarcrm for a an engineering consulting firm. The features of the crm do not really meet my requirements. Some one mentioned Microsoft Dynamics. Please I need advice on suitable crm for a professional engineering firm: name of crm software, vendor, version and some experience with usage and performance and costs. The environment of use is windows/outlook. Thanks
