Hello everyone, I just wanted to inform everyone on this new CRM system, called Capture, that our company began using. This system allows you to manage your entire relationship with clients. It is web-based but acts like a desktop application and it also allows linkage to other systems, e.g., predictive dialers, LOS systems. Being a mortgage broker all of these features are important and weren't possible with ACT, the CRM system we used prior to Capture.
