My company has built a customer relationship manager in PHP and MySql using a some Ajax integrated as well. We have found Ajax to be a perfect tool for us for CRM. You can call it an "Ajax CRM" if you want. It's quite the tool and we are proud of it. It would be helpful however to have other "CRM Manager's" look at our application and tell us what they think.
