Author: Sushant Madhab (---.114.163.122.airtelbroadband.in) Date: 17.04.07 CRM is able to satisfy only a part of an organization's need. So, as we advance from here, will CRM get merged with ERP? Or, it will become a tool for eWorking Facilities? Because, users are getting bored with numerous standalone applications to work from in their day to day work. Single sign-on is no better either to make it look easier for user as they still have to replicate information. Lets discuss. Rgds, Sushant Madhab www.WorkACE.com
