We are a mortgage company. Our goal here is to follow up with our past clients at certain key time points. I have been running Act6 so far to do this and it works fine. One thing I would like to change is the fact that I have to physically run those reports, do mail merge, print letters and envelopes. I know computers these days are sophisticated enough to be able to do these things on its own. So, getting to my question, is there any software solution that will run a predetermined reports, mailmerge letters and envelopes and email all that generated stuff to me? So all I would have to do is just print it and mail it.
