Author: drequinox (---.ipt.aol.com) Date: 28.09.06 I need to design a system in which I can keep track of all the emails, generate reports and assign unique ID to each email from the customer which will be emailed to the user automatically, and then all emails/ correspondonce is attached with that unique ID. Main purpose is to integrate outlook with the existing CRM, so that existing CRM data is exposed to the outlook and vice versa. can any on suggest how to achieve this.
