I've been given an assignment to research various CRMs. While looking around SugarCRM, Salesforce, and ConcourseCRM, I've noticed that Concourse seems to be very robust. However, I am curious to find out what others think of this product? How does it compare to other CRMs? Any and all feedback is appreciated!
