Author: Aaron Bruggeman (---.nacsescrow.com) Date: 01.04.08 Can anyone tell me what the best and worst CRM's for a small business are? We are looking for a CRM for our bonds and surety company. The business wants this CRM to set up daily calls, be able to make marketing notes, send out e-mail blasts, and handle leads. Any help would be appreciated.
