we are looking at switching to entellium... has anyone found any problems with this software? is it any good? i'd like some comments if you have some...
I found entellium to be a horrible to use and very tedious. The customer service was awful you could never get a live person, and good luck getting a phone call back unless you want to purchase something. I found it most frustrating waiting for everything to load constantly. My company dumped entellium and now they are trying to stick it to us for everything they can get. Be very careful if you decide to do the free trial. We decided to go with ACT it is much simplier to use and for the size of our company it is working out much better.
